About

I’m Rupert Howe.  By day, I work for Support Partners (SP), the most experienced company in the world for supporting Premiere Pro in professional environments.  I became an Adobe Certified Expert in 2011 in order to advise the BBC (and other clients) on their transition to Premiere from FCP7, in the in-house postproduction areas that SP supports.

Since then, we’ve worked with our clients and the Premiere team to figure out Premiere workflows, provide support and design large shared storage networks.  We now support facilities for clients in TV (including BBC, BBC Worldwide), newspapers (inc. Financial Times, News UK), advertising (inc. McCann Erickson, Mullen-Lowe) and corporate and online (inc. Melody VR, The Edge Picture company).

I’m resetting this blog in 2016 (see the opening post here), and hopefully will get some of my colleagues, friends and some SP clients to contribute their knowledge here.

This isn’t an SP Blog – so opinions here don’t reflect SP’s opinion.

Thanks so much for visiting.  If you have any comments or things you’d like to share, email me – ru.howe at gmail.com
